  • Work, work..

     So, this week has been basically work, work..Yeah, we finally came to a decision on what to do with the little ones school..basically, we plan on getting her tested via the public school and depending on where she places we'll either locate a private school or simply enroll her into the one school for one year then go shopping for a private school before she hits first grade..Well, much to our surprise once we decided this we found out that our school district is on Spring break until the 26th..So, we're kind of stuck in waiting at this point in time but we have about two monthish to make some headway.

      Anyways, last week I got my hair done..Yes, it's sooner then normal but well, it was needed and I wanted to change out my color again. Also while I was there I booked my next appointment for the normal Friday before Mother's Day.

      At any rate, once I was done with my hair I called home and asked the hubby if he needed anything and he told me to go to get an external drive and I picked one up for him with good timing too. The computer he was working on kept shutting off and he finally had the last of it and had to call Best Buy..the laptop he's been using is still under warranty so that'll be going into the shop very soon once he dumps ship completely and moves all of his work on the work computer and then has the one desktop for movies, music then the other red laptop once it's fixed will be for gaming..Anyways, a new laptop was ordered and the hubby has been slowly readjusting his stuff so that his work and gaming and fun are kept seperate.

     In other news, the dishwasher has broken AGAIN and we are now handwashing dishes yet again but come next week we will have a brand new dishwasher installe for free all thanks to the manufactor warranty..Yay! Hopefully, since we're getting a new dishwasher for free we can now finally afford the new stove we have been talking about since around Christmas time. The stove in the house now is about well, as old as the house and it needs to be replaced..so at some point once we have a working dishwasher...again, we will buy the new oven and then our kitchen will be mostly finished well, minus the sink that still needs to be replaced but at least our appliances will all be working and well, not as old as dirt.

     Oh, and yesterday I spent most of my day transcibing the hubby's writting for his next work..it was a long three chapters and took me about four hours to complete but now, that huge chunk of work is done and out of my way. I do still have two more chapters to re-type for him before he sends his next book 'into production' but at some point next week I'll do that..

    Anyways, thats my ranting for today....I know its been a while since I've updated so I figured I'd toss an update out..Until I update again...Hasta!
